The Grey Drummers 2008 

 

 

The Grey Echelon Drummers, or "Grey Drummers" are Alumni of The Marching Southerners from Jacksonville State University in Jacksonville, Alabama. The Southerners began in 1956 and its percussion unit established a tradition of drumming excellence in the 60's with its unique flavor in both sound and visual effects. This great tradition continues today and is demonstrated by the current Southerners Drumline, of whom we are extremely proud.  Year after year, these amazingly talented young people continue to produce the finest collegiate drumline in the nation...  Period.
